Global Health Fellows Program

One to five Pfizer colleagues (fellows) would be selected to work with your organization on a defined project. Fellows bring business skills in supply chain and process improvement, communications and marketing, data management and analytics, operations and project management, digital and IT strategy, and HR and people management, to name a few. 

Projects can last from a single day to six months and be virtual, in person, or as a mix of both. Virtual work takes around 3–4 hours of a Fellow's time each week and/or full business days if in-person (not to exceed 2 consecutive weeks or 10 business days). 

There is no cost to your organization. Pfizer covers its volunteers' costs, including travel.
